The role requires strong design sensibility, leadership in handling residential and commercial projects , and the ability to manage the complete project lifecycle — from concept design to execution. Key Responsibilities Lead design development for residential and commercial architecture projects (offices, retail, mixed-use, etc.). Create conceptual designs, presentations, and client proposals with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Prepare & coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation . Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients across all project stages. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations . Mentor and guide junior team members , ensuring quality and detailing. Conduct site visits to support project execution and coordinate with site teams. Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and timelines . Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture . 6–10 years of experience in architectural design (residential & commercial). Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite . Working knowledge of Revit (preferred but not mandatory). Solid understanding of building systems, materials & detailing . Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in residential & commercial projects . Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
