Job Title: Sales and Solution Growth SpecialistAbout the Role:The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales acumen, along with in-depth knowledge of industry-specific solutions. They must be able to identify prospects, translate customer needs into value-driven solutions, and drive end-to-end sales cycles. This includes lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.Main Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities within a defined territory and collaborate with technical teams for successful customer onboarding.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position cloud services effectively.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 7-10 years of experience selling software solutions and services to enterprise customers.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an appropriate field.Familiarity with solution-selling techniques and strong account management skills.Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).A proven track record of consistently achieving assigned targets.Solution Knowledge:Proficiency in Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps & CI/CD Services, AI/ML Services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models; Public, Private, Hybrid, and multi-cloud environments; OPEX vs CAPEX cost models, Partner ecosystems (ISVs, MSPs, SaaS integrations)],
