About This RoleThe Sustainability Manager will lead the organization's sustainability strategy, ensuring our programs, operations, partnerships, and industry engagements align with international best practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability plan across all business units.Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce carbon footprint, and minimize waste.Oversee environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting, including disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards.Provide expertise for sustainability-focused training programs and certifications.Collaborate with academic partners and industry bodies to integrate sustainability best practices into course design.Monitor emerging trends and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decisions.Manage internal awareness and culture-building initiatives.Build partnerships with organizations and regulatory authorities.Track key sustainability metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, or corporate responsibility roles.Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and frameworks.Proven track record in designing and implementing sustainability programs.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.Passion for sustainability education and industry transformation.
