Job Title: Technical LeadWe are seeking a seasoned and dynamic leader to oversee the growth and development of our engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy mentoring and guiding others, and want to contribute to shaping our product and engineering vision from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple product areas, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and engineer growth plans to ensure team members reach their full potential.Identify hiring needs, partner with talent acquisition, and drive the technical hiring process to build a strong and diverse team.Guide architectural and technical decisions for scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions that meet business objectives.Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and predictability while maintaining high engineering standards around code quality, testing, and documentation.Champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and incident management to improve overall efficiency and reliability.Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define roadmaps and align priorities, translating complex requirements into actionable technical plans.Communicate project progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and insights.Qualifications & Experience7–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2–5+ years leading engineering teams as a Technical Lead or equivalent.Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and efficient product delivery practices, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing engineering teams.Ability to balance technical depth with leadership and communication skills, comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.Preferred SkillsExperience managing remote or hybrid engineering teams, familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML, or mobile applications (optional).Strong product mindset and a focus on customer-centric solutions, ability to operate strategically and tactically.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to driving innovation and excellence in engineering.Your ApplicationTo apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
