Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's online presence and engagement. We are looking for a seasoned professional who excels in ideation, content research, writing, and social media strategy to lead our social media efforts and also has Lifestyle brand experience.
Duties would include:
- Should have worked for extensive B2C brands handling social media, post and calendar, Must be able to handle 2 or more brands.
- The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, expected to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the success of our social media initiatives.
- This position demands excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. should be comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape.
- Well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. should have in-depth knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content management tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TIKTOK).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization in a digital/e-commerce agency.
- Prior work experience in SMO/SMM/Social branding for e-Commerce life style brands/retail/d2c brands and social media strategy and content marketing along with client communication.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and SEO principles.
- MS-Excel and Data analysis is key to the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Proven track record of highly professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns (preferably with an agency)
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Should have good team management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years in social media management mainly working experience in Lifestyle brands
- Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
