You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance productivity, set performance metrics, and facilitate training to develop competencies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute retail and distribution sales strategies for the region.Achieve sales targets, expand the channel network, manage schemes, and ensure profitability.Build and maintain an efficient sales operations process and strong channel engagement.Manage outstanding debts per company policy and drive trade marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.Enhance the productivity of the sales team, set performance metrics, and facilitate training to develop competencies.Requirements:10-15 years of experience in retail sales (Distributor, LRT, and ERT).Strong understanding of retail management, channel development, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.
