As a seasoned C++ Backend Developer, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our industrial clients.We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team and leverage their expertise in applied AI to improve our product offerings and deliver value to our customers.A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field is essentialYou should have designed/implemented server-based applications for enterprise environments with at least 6 years (Senior) or 3 years (Junior) experienceA strong understanding of RDBMS databases like SQL, PostgreSQL and query optimization is necessaryExperience in backend development with C++ (or Java) and Microsoft Visual Studio is requiredYou should be familiar with the latest C++ development standardsKnowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures is crucialFamiliarity with REST APIs, handling big data, server architecture (load balancing, multi-threading, logging, etc.), microservices and highly scalable, testable code is desirableExperience with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines would be beneficialKnowledge of CI / CD pipelines, code versioning, testing & debugging tools is essentialFamiliarity with product development methodologies and modern software design is requiredKnowledge of other development languages like C# and .NET framework would be advantageousAn ability to thrive in a startup culture and quickly adapt to new technologies is essentialStrong teamwork and prioritization skills are also required
