Our organization is building a next-generation ride mobility platform focused on safe, insured and affordable rides across India. We are developing real-time tracking, driver onboarding, customer safety features and high-performance backend systems.As a full-time Backend Developer, you will work directly with our engineering partners to build scalable APIs, real-time systems, and backend architecture for the ride app.Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, building APIs for drivers, users, rides, payments, tracking, implementing real-time communication, managing database structure, integrating OTP/Auth, booking engine, safety features, writing clean and optimized code, troubleshooting and improving system performance.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Node.js/Express/NestJS, strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, experience with SQL Databases, experience building REST APIs, understanding of real-time systems, experience integrating 3rd-party services, problem-solving and debugging skills, and 1–3 years of backend development experience.We offer the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills in a dynamic environment, and be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration.Please note that we require strong technical skills, a passion for learning, and excellent communication skills.
