Job Title: Outbound Marketing and Inside Sales Analyst for Application Services and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Software Products
Location: Bengaluru (min 2 days in office in Bellandur area, up to 3 days can be remote)
Hours : Calls with and Demos for US customers will be during US working hours
Reports To: Manager Business Development who leads Outbound Marketing and Inside Sales
VerdureRCM is focused on AI-powered solutions for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Access Healthcare is one of the leading BPO companies serving US healthcare customers. Access Healthcare’s (1) Application Services, (2) AI and ML-powered automation products, and (3) Apps for automated workflow, are taken to market along with VerdureRCM’s AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Marketing and Inside Sales Manager for these three product groups. The key role is:
· Executing outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
· Inside sales – product presentations and demos
The Analyst will report to the Manager Business Development who leads Outbound Marketing and Inside Sales.

Collaborate with the sales team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in outbound marketing, and technology sales – understanding technology needs
Proven track record of successful outbound marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and marketing automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and marketing tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B technical marketing.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
