About Capslock MarketplacesCapslock Marketplaces Private Limited is powering the next wave of Bharat-first innovations for the next billion users.VoiceClub is India's fastest-growing audio companion with 1 crore+ downloads, and Zinglish is an AI-powered English learning app with 10+ lakh downloads built for Bharat users.Role OverviewThis role is for a high-speed, high-creativity Telgu Script Writer focused on 20–25 second Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.The core expectation: you can think in hooks, trends, and desi emotion, and turn them into scroll-stopping ads that make people tap, listen, and install.Responsibility- Write 20–25 second Telugu ad scripts for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical-video platforms.- Craft high-impact hooks that grab attention in the first 1–3 seconds and match current Reels/Shorts trends.- Maintain speed: write 10–15 ad scripts daily with multiple angles and variations.- Ideate fast: generate at least 10 hook lines within 2 minutes for any given brief.- Track and use trending formats, dialogues, memes, and sounds from Shorts/Reels and similar platforms.- Turn VoiceClub and Zinglish features into emotional, story-first, Bharat-focused narratives.- Work closely with performance marketing, design, and video editors to align scripts with campaign goals.- Test multiple creative angles (pain-solution, FOMO, social proof, aspiration, humor, etc.) and refine based on performance.Requirement- 1–3 years of Telugu content/script/copywriting experience for short-form, UGC-style, or creator-led video.- Strong grip on Bharat audiences – Tier 2/3 language, humor, and daily life.- Excellent Telugu (colloquial + clean) with light English mixing for urban/semi-urban users.- Natural obsession with Reels/Shorts trends and how to plug brands into them.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy setup while consistently hitting daily script targets.Nice-to-Have- Experience writing performance creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads video, or influencer/UGC ads.- Basic understanding of retention metrics like hook rate, watch time, click-through rate, and how creative impacts them.- Comfort using AI tools for ideation, variations, and quick experimentation while still owning the final creative call.What You'll Love- Direct impact on growth for VoiceClub and Zinglish, seen in real-time dashboards and campaigns.- A young, ambitious, Bharat-first team that loves speed, experiments, and big bets.- Flexibility to work from Bengaluru (in-office), as long as output and ownership are world-class.Salary- Up to ₹6L LPA
