Job Title: Script WriterLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: ContentAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Script Writer who can craft compelling, high-converting ad scripts forshort-form videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube and Facebook. The ideal candidateknows how to merge creativity with performance data — writing scripts that not only grabattention but also drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities:● Write performance-oriented ad scripts for digital campaigns, ensuring they align withbrand voice and marketing objectives.● Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and performance marketing teams tounderstand campaign goals and target audiences.● Conceptualize, visualise and script hooks, body narratives, and CTAs for short-formvideo ads (6s–60s).● Develop multiple variations of scripts for A/B testing across platforms.● Be actively involved in shoots — working closely with the producer and directors toensure the creative vision and script are executed effectively.● Review video edits and provide feedback to ensure alignment with script intent andbrand tone.● Analyze campaign performance data and optimize future scripts for better engagementand conversion.● Stay updated with social media trends, storytelling formats, and consumer insights.Requirements:● 2-3 + years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, preferably in performancemarketing.● Excellent command of Hindi and English● Strong understanding of social media ad ecosystems● Proven ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and high-converting CTAs.● Experience collaborating with video editors and marketers.● Strong storytelling and consumer insight skills — ability to turn complex ideas intorelatable stories.Preferred Qualifications:● Prior experience working in D2C, health-tech, beauty, or e-commerce brands.● Understanding of creative analytics (CTR, retention, ROAS metrics).● A portfolio showcasing video ad scripts or social media campaigns that performedwell.
