To put in another way let’s assume an application you use every day, took 1 year to build testing alone took 3 month of entire build time.QA Skill Set for 5 Years of Experience in Automation and No-Code/Low-Code AutomationCore QA SkillsStrong understanding of QA fundamentals: SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, release processExpertise in test planning, estimation, and prioritizationProficiency in writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteriaHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD practicesManual testing: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testingExperience in UI, API, and database validationDefect reporting, tracking, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Automation Testing SkillsProgramming & Scripting: Proficient in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
