Job Title : Finance AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of real estate finance operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and reporting source data.Maintain strong knowledge of SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) and their relevance in real estate/PE structures.Perform SPV-level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers.Reconcile Gross Debt and perform Gross-to-Net Debt bridging.Support Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to determine borrowing capacity.Handle allocation and coding of project-level expenses using Coupa.Prepare quarterly Distribution Tracker for US real estate investments.Prepare quarterly Disclosure Reporting items for internal stakeholders.Prepare quarterly SPV financial statements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Post Graduate or Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong finance knowledge.Good understanding of the Private Equity business and its revenue model.1.5–2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and performance reporting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Note:Please do not apply if you have less than 1.5 years or more than 2 years of relevant experience.Please do not apply if you lack strong proficiency in Excel or financial reporting.Please do not apply if you cannot work with global teams or meet tight deadlines.
