Financial Operations Specialist RoleThe Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for the administration of Accounts Payable activities, encompassing invoice processing while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to established policies and procedures.Process invoices within agreed timelines in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Perform three-way matching of inventory: match supplier invoices to Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate closure.Effectively handle supplier queries and payment issues in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities:• Process vendor credit notes and debit notes in accordance with Financial Directions and Operational Adjustments.• Execute any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.Strong background in invoice processing and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with accounting databases and record-keeping systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel skills (data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, etc.).
