We are seeking a skilled Reservation Specialist with excellent spoken English and US accent familiarity to support a leading short-term vacation rental company.This remote role requires exceptional communication skills, customer focus, and ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.Provide recommendations for local attractions and experiences that enhance the guest's stay.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience by streamlining operations and optimizing resources.Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.Key CompetenciesFluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity, enabling seamless communication with guests.Strong communication and customer-first approach, prioritizing guest satisfaction and loyalty.Experience with reservation software and PMS tools, ensuring efficient management of bookings and guest interactions.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.Qualifications & ExperienceExceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective guest interaction and conflict resolution.Clear voice, fluency, and confidence when interacting with customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), enhancing productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
