Job Description Description The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests before, during, and after their stay. This role requires a proactive approach to guest engagement, ensuring that all guest needs are met and that any issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities - Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. - Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. - Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiency. - Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards. Skills and Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience in guest relations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly. - Knowledge of local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
