Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency in Excel. Experience collaborating with international teams or clients is preferred.This is a remote position working 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time. The consultant will be required to provide a valid GST registration number.Main ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously.Information Gathering: Collect and organize all project-related information.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Excel.Familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team.
