Lead NEET Vertical Strategist You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth of our NEET vertical.Key Responsibilities:NEET Program Development: Plan academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures, as well as develop pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches.Content Creation and Management: Oversee content development, including lectures, study materials, mock tests, practice questions, and crash courses, ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, operations, technology, and student support teams.Collaboration and Partnership Building: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to launch campaigns and establish a strong brand position in the NEET market. Analyze student behavior to improve conversion and retention, and collaborate with founders to build a high-impact NEET vertical.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
