What are we looking for?
Are you passionate about programming and delivering clean, test-covered, well- designed, scalable code? Do you possess a solid grasp on programming fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, advanced knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, understanding lock- less architectures, etc.
You will need to be a dedicated problem solver who can not only multi-task, but can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Apart from outstanding business acumen and product management skills you will need to be inherently curious and take time out to keep up with industry trends.
What will you be responsible for?
- Be partner in the creating products that provide best customer experience. Basically being involved from concept stage to launch of new products and partnerships.
- You will be responsible to build and manage a suite of large consumer facing products.
- You will be responsible to partner the complete life cycle of these products including solution, development, QA, release management, and operations/DevOps.
- You will develop features that solve real consumer problems while you explore the latest technologies.
- You will be responsible to manage team of 5 – 20 developers
- While all this happen, you surely will have lots of fun too
What we expects from you?
- 10 to 14 years of strong programming experience (Java)
- Experienced in producing exceptional customer experience through digital properties
- Strong hold on following:
i.Spring Boot, Apache servers
ii.PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), Oracle
iii.CI/CD and operations using tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, InfluxDB, Log4J
iv. RestAssured, Selenium, JMeter, Apache bench, Test Automation suites
v. Micro services architecture
- Strong academic background and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of security best practices.
- Ability to communicate and defend your ideas clearly
- Strong knowledge of scalability concepts- sharing, replication etc.
- An up to date knowledge of the newest technologies
- Exposure to finance domain.
- Prior knowledge of developing Payment Gateway, FinTech, Financial ISO standards is a plus.
