With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and innovation, the firm enables clients to operate with confidence in a rapidly evolving investment landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review Fund Operations for Private Equity structuresPerform Accounting, Trial Balance, Journal Entries, Intercompany, and SPV-level accountingHandle Expense Management, Cash Management, Cash Tracking, and ReconciliationsWork on Invoicing (Coupa) and operational workflowsSupport SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) related deliverables and documentationWork with instruments such as Bonds, Shares, and Equity via Public PortalsEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely reportingLead or review team outputs (Team Manager will lead the full team)Experience & EligibilityLead Analyst (6–8 Years)4–5 years relevant experience in Fund Operations / Private Equity Accounting1.5+ years reviewer or team-handling experienceTeam Manager (8–10 Years)5–6 years relevant experience in Fund Operations / Private Equity AccountingMinimum 3 years managing teamsMandatory Skills✔ Strong Accounting background✔ Trial Balance, Journals, Reconciliations✔ Hands-on SPV (Special Purpose Vehicles) work✔ Private Equity operational experience (non-NAV)✔ Expense & Cash Management✔ Intercompany entries✔ Invoicing (Coupa)✔ Excel proficiency✔ Experience with Bonds, Shares, Public Portal Equity✔ Reviewer/Team Management experienceDo NOT Apply If🚫 You are from Fund Accounting, NAV Accounting, or Financial Reporting🚫 You are a CA / Chartered Accountant🚫 You lack SPV or Private Equity operations experience🚫 You do not have Trial Balance / core accounting exposure🚫 Your experience is not aligned with Fund Operations
