Global RTR Operations LeadRTR Team Leader PositionThis role oversees the global Record-to-Report operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, and smooth month-end close processes.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP, as well as hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Key Responsibilities:Lead the RTR team across multiple geographies, overseeing timely and accurate delivery of financial statements.Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.Serve as the primary contact for finance stakeholders across regions.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of RTR accountants and analysts.Identify process gaps and lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency.Requirements:Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent).5–10 years of experience in RTR/GL accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with international stakeholders.About This Role:This is an opportunity to take on a challenging leadership position within a dynamic organization.
