Job description
Role Summary :
As an Influencer Marketing Intern , you will be responsible for developing creative social media content, with a strong emphasis on creating content for social media platforms. You will collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop campaigns that align with our brand’s vision, all while learning the fundamentals of influencer marketing and social media growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation :
Produce high-quality Reels and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and other social channels.
Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for trending content that resonates with our target audience.
Assist with photo and video shoots for social media content.
Influencer Collaboration :
Research and identify potential influencers and content creators that align with the brand's image.
Assist in managing influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
Collaborate with influencers on content ideas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Social Media Strategy :
Support the development of social media campaigns, focusing on engagement and growth through influencer partnerships.
Analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth from influencer-led campaigns.
Help monitor and manage social media trends, and propose ways to integrate these trends into our content strategy.
Campaign Execution :
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and deliverables.
Coordinate and communicate with influencers for timely content delivery and ensure that posts meet brand standards.
Track and report the success of influencer campaigns, focusing on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Requirements :
Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field .
Proficient with social media platforms and knowledgeable about current trends and best practices.
Hands-on experience with creating Reels , short videos, and engaging social media content.
Strong interest in influencer marketing and an understanding of how influencers impact brand growth.
Creative and visual storytelling skills with the ability to capture and convey the brand's voice through content.
Knowledge of social media tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or any video editing software is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with influencers and the internal team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills :
Experience using content creation for personal or professional projects.
Understanding of social media metrics and how to track campaign success (engagement rate, impressions, reach, etc.).
Familiarity with content creation tools.
