Epigroww partners with Ecommerce Brands who have built an online-first business or Business who wants to build an Online Brand. Our team of experts help Brands with trusted advice and execution strategies to scale them exponentially.

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated **Influencer Marketing Intern** to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the team in identifying influencers, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing results. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and learn how to manage relationships with content creators across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research and Outreach**:

- Assist in identifying potential influencers that align with the brand's target audience and goals.
- Help maintain a database of influencers and track their social media presence.
- Participate in outreach to influencers, engaging with them on potential partnerships and collaborations.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in coordinating influencer marketing campaigns, including scheduling, briefing, and ensuring timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Help track the performance of influencer campaigns, including metrics like engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Assist in preparing reports on campaign results and recommending improvements.
- **Content Review and Coordination**:

- Monitor influencer content to ensure it follows the brief and meets quality standards.
- Help coordinate approvals for content and monitor deadlines.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with influencers by engaging with their content and providing timely communication and feedback.
- Participate in meetings or calls with influencers to discuss potential collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their influencers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing is a plus but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with influencer marketing or social media management.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Note**:

- 6 Days Working ( Mon-Sat)
- Term: Full Time
- Schedule: Day shift
- Working Hours: 9:30-5:30
- Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:
