Job Title: Data Insights SpecialistDescription:Role OverviewThe role of a Data Insights Specialist involves working closely with the analytics team to extract, interpret, and visualize business data. This position provides hands-on experience in data cleaning, statistical analysis, dashboard creation, and deriving insights that support strategic business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams to accurately capture business needs.Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and communicate analytical findings effectively.Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Support conducting gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new business initiatives.Maintain and update data dictionaries, documentation, and version control for analytical assets.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic planning and benchmarking.Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before generating dashboards or reports.Assist building automated workflows and data pipelines to streamline data processing tasks.Monitor key business metrics regularly and alert teams about unusual trends or anomalies.Coordinate with QA teams to test analytics outputs, dashboards, and reports for accuracy and usability.Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations to management.Support developing business cases by providing data-driven projections and scenario analyses.Required Skills and QualificationsIndividuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent analytical skills, and can work well in a team environment are suitable for this position.
