Please go through the norms below before you attend.Job Role: Cheque & Item Processing / Data Entry SpecialistProcess: US Banking – Cheque Processing & ACH OperationsWalk-in Drive Date: Saturday, 13th December 2025Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park Navalur, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu 603103Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PMCandidate to Carry: Passport Size Photographs, Updated CV, Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education/employment documents.Job RequirementAny full-time graduate (10+2+3) with 2–6 years of experience in cheque processing, item processing, and ACH operations for US banks.SkillsBasic understanding of accounting principlesKnowledge in Cheque processing & Item Processing activities for US Banks (preferred)Data Key Entry Specialist responsible for inputting remittance data received from customers into processing platformsStrong computer/data entry skills (alpha and numeric) to meet stringent deadlinesAbility to read detailed customer instructions and adhere to various processing requests from simple to complexInput cheque & remittance data for various remittance processing customers using multiple platformsGood knowledge in Exception Management & Technical Validation in ChequesUnderstanding of data entry & exception handling such as:Check Keying | Data Entry | CAR vs LAR | Balancing | Payee Name Review | Fraud Checks | Signature Verification | Duplicate Checks | Liquidity Check & Account Review | MICR Repair | Supplemental Keying | Deposit Slip EntryUnderstanding of Suspense Reconciliation, Investigation/Query Management, Adjustments, Return HandlingExperience in ACH Processing (US Market):Manage dispute dishonors, returns, delete & reversals, DNE/Reclamation, WSUD, POA, batch balancing, risk limit breaches, GL outagesExperience in ACH Compliance (US Market):Review OFAC matches to determine true matches for escalation to FCRM/OFACReporting and compliance checksCompare and verify data capture and data represented on screenMeet/exceed site productivity and quality standards within a timely mannerMake judgment calls regarding routine duties, refer non-routine situations to supervisorsFollow prescribed procedures and utilize data entry skills in various scenariosKeying from machine-written and handwritten informationAbility to balance one payment to multiple items of detail and make informed decisions to avoid errorsExcellent customer service skillsRequired QualificationsTyping/Data entry skills (Numeric keying 5000+ keystrokes per hour)Familiarity with basic computer functionsReady to work in rotational shifts / flexible with US bank schedulesExcellent written communicationInterview NormsWe will not be responsible for any loss of original certificates viz., (X / XII / Graduation, PG, any other certificates etc.).
