🎬 Assistant Creative Director/ Assistant Art Director📍 Location: Jaipur (On-site Preferred / Hybrid)💼 Type: Full-Time🎯 About the RoleAs the Assistant Creative Director at Yuvichaar Funnels, you’ll be the right hand to the Creative Director — co-owning the journey from consumer insight to final ad delivery. You’ll help shape campaign ideas, craft strong hooks, guide creators, and ensure every piece of content looks, feels, and performs like a Yuvichaar signature ad.⚙️ ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualizing ad campaigns for e-commerce and personal brands.Review scripts and brainstorm stronger hooks, storylines, and frameworks.Collaborate with UGC creators, DOPs, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life.Maintain creative consistency and aesthetic quality across projects.Support the Creative Director in shoot direction, script refinement, and creative reviews.Analyze top-performing ads and contribute to developing replicable ad frameworks.Eventually take ownership of smaller campaigns end-to-end.🔥 Requirements1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative production.Deep understanding of UGC-style content, storytelling, and Meta ad trends.Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills.Sharp aesthetic sense and a bias for bold, high-performing ideas.🎯 Bonus: Experience working on ads that actually converted into sales.💰 CompensationINR 30,000 - 35,000 per monthPerformance-based bonuses linked to campaign outcomes.🌍 Why Join UsAt Yuvichaar Funnels, we don’t just make ads — we make assets that print money.You’ll work on national-level campaigns, learn high-performance creative strategy firsthand, and build a portfolio that can rival the best creative shops in India.About the company:Yuvichaar Funnels is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that blends data and storytelling to build ads that convert.
