Job SummaryWe are expanding our presence in the region to shape the digital asset ecosystem and contribute to Singapore's status as a leading digital asset hub.About This RoleThis individual will lead the improvement of our company's IT security posture by collaborating with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level.The ideal candidate will drive the improvement of our company's IT security posture by engaging with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats, staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective security measures.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through the design and implementation of technical risk solutions, working closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution.Assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks associated with critical software, tools, systems, and other assets that support our business objectives.Maintain and improve our compliance with MAS Technology Risk Management and ISO 27001 certification, working closely with the project management office.Monitor our systems, investigate security alerts, and respond appropriately, keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate complex security landscapes.RequirementsStrong technical expertise in IT security, including threat analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, from technology teams to senior management.A proven track record of driving IT security improvements, with a focus on proactive risk identification and mitigation.Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements, like MAS Technology Risk Management.Ability to stay current with emerging security trends and technologies, ensuring our organization remains ahead of potential threats.
