About the Role Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 2+ YearsLocation: Assotech Business Cresterra, Noida Sector 135 (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 135. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients, with strong expertise in both W2 and C2C hiring models. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions (W2 & C2C).Source and identify qualified candidates through various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and cultural fit.Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within deadlines.Negotiate compensation and contract terms with candidates on W2, C2C, and 1099 bases.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants and vendors.Keep up to date with market trends, visa regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to US staffing.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of US IT recruitment experience (focus on W2 and C2C hiring).Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN).Proven ability to source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience working in a US staffing or consulting environment.Good understanding of core IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA etc.
