If you have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring IT professionals for the US market—and a passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities—we want to talk to you🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the US marketSource candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, networking, and internal databasesScreen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fitCoordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidatesNegotiate rates, salaries, and extend offersMaintain ATS records and ensure a smooth candidate experienceWork closely with account managers and clients to understand job needs🔹 Required Skills & Experience1–4 years of experience as a US IT RecruiterStrong knowledge of US hiring processes, work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT), and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)Experience working with VMS, Direct Clients, or Tier-1 VendorsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently during US time zonesProficient in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
