Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Associate – Account Engagement to join our team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through various email campaigns and activities. This is an individual contributor role that focuses on new business development within Service Providers and Fortune 1000 Enterprises. The primary focus of this business function is to identify potential good-fit customers using prospecting techniques and initiate the first stages of outreach. The overarching goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
The Sr. Associate of Demand Generation will be responsible for attaining scheduled meetings and meeting activity goals:
- Generate leads through developing hypothesis of a potential client’s strategic objectives, problems, challenges, and requirements.
- Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the organization’s standards for target accounts and decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement to develop timely and relevant email campaigns and take them to execution.
- Conduct 400 quality emails and social touches per month to engage with prospects and maintain consistent outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to tailor engagement approaches for maximum relevance and impact.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with engaged accounts to keep them progressing through the funnel.
Experience, Education, and Skillset
- We seek a high-caliber and ownership-driven individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have:
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar.
- Proven track record of proactive lead/opportunity generation for sales.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, MS Office, and 6Sense.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Email and ).
- Experience in the global research industry and/or outsourcing space is desirable.
- Prior selling experience to Service Providers and Fortune 1000 Enterprises would be preferred.
- A proactive self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, high ownership, and results-driven environment.
- Excellent at maintaining high communication standards and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
