We're seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead our data engineering initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Spark.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. They will leverage AWS services to manage and optimize large-scale data infrastructure, develop robust Python code to support data engineering use cases, and possess expertise in SQL for data modeling, transformation, and analysis.Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka) and event-based architectures is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies and project management discipline.A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
