We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our recruitment team as a Civil Engineering Recruiter.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for civil engineering roles in India.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this position.This is a full-time opportunity working day shifts.
