You will also define, implement, and continuously improve program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Drive and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programsDefine, implement, and continuously improve program management methodologiesPartner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestonesTrack and report on program progress, risks, and issuesFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teamsChampion Agile practices and support teams in adapting processes for scaleRequired Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience (4+ years) in program or project management, ideally in education technologyStrong knowledge of program management standards and frameworks (e.g., PMI, SAFe)Experience in defining and embedding best practices, tools, and processes to optimize delivery at scaleExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguityBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in education through technology.
