About the Job Role:
We at Pepup HR Consulting Private Limited are hiring candidates for HR Manager/Lead. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for spearheading key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and talent management, within a politically-driven environment. The role requires strategic alignment of HR practices with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing culture. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure the effective execution of HR strategies.

Role: HR Manager/Lead
Years of Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs
Location: Pune (base location), travel to Chennai basis work requirement
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi & Tamil
Remuneration: Up to INR 10 LPA
Working Mode: Work from Office
Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (May be extended based on business needs)
Graduates from Tier 1 Colleges only.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with vertical leads and key stakeholders to devise and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and political objectives.
HR Analytics & Policy Development: Analyze trends and partner with HR teams to create solutions, policies, and programs that meet both local and global expectations. Create and maintain comprehensive Recruitment and HR Reports and dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective employee experience throughout their journey.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the recruitment of high-caliber talent and manage succession planning. Ensure talent development and career progression strategies are implemented effectively.
Performance & Engagement: Facilitate performance management processes and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
Compensation & Workforce Planning: Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to implement fair reward systems. Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with strategic needs.
Learning & Development: Identify organizational learning needs and implement annual training programs to support talent growth and leadership development.
HR Advisory & Legal Compliance: Provide guidance to managers on organizational structure and people-related decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR risks in collaboration with the legal team.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team capable of meeting the dynamic needs of the political organization.

Position Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a HR Manager/Lead in a company with a minimum strength of 1,000 employees.
Must have managed a team of 8+ professionals.
Must be comfortable working in the political domain.
Candidates must be flexible to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Proven ability to manage HR teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Expertise in HR core areas such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, and HR Analytics.
Deep understanding of Indian labor law and compliance requirements.
