Project Leadership RoleThe role of Senior Project Manager is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end project delivery for technical and operational initiatives. As the central point of coordination, this position ensures that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business objectives.Job DescriptionThis senior-level role plays a crucial part in leading project teams through various phases, from initiation to planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on SaaS implementation, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement.Lead full-cycle project management, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, and delivery for complex projects.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear visibility, alignment, and predictable outcomes.Facilitate regular meetings, working sessions, and status updates to maintain team alignment and accountability.Monitor and control project schedule, scope, resources, and risks to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies early; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as necessary to drive resolution.Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate progress, risks, and impact.Drive ongoing process improvements through retrospectives, process refinement, and adoption of best practices that enhance SDLC efficiency.Contribute to the development of organizational project management standards, tools, and processes.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with clients and presenting to executive leadership.Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks early, and drive solutions proactively.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and project reporting frameworks.Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.Candidates must be flexible and work during US hours at least till 5 pm EST, which is essential for this role, and must also have their own system/work setup for remote work.BenefitsOpportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team.Chance to develop and apply advanced project management skills.Competitive salary and benefits package.OthersThis role offers a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to its continued success.
