We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S4 HANA solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP S4 HANA solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including project leads, deployment teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and communicate them to stakeholders to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues, escalating them to the Project Lead as necessary.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP rollout practices.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Over 15+ years of experience in SAP which include minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP project management role , implementation, or rollout.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., FI, CO, PISA, CPH, MDM).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (like. Solman, Flow right, Azure) is a plus.
  • Must be ready to work from office with strong communication and client management skills.
