About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with Public Cloud to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP project management and a proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions. You will play a critical role in driving project success, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and public cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems, project methodologies, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in project management or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
