Job Title:Sr. Java Architect for Banking DomainWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Architect with deep expertise in enterprise application architecture and a proven track record in the Banking and Financial Services domain.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and govern end-to-end architecture for banking applications—covering digital channels, middleware, integrations, and core banking systems.- Define scalable, secure, and resilient architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.- Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.- Ensure architecture compliance with banking regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.Requirements:- Technical Expertise: 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4–5 years as a Java Architect.- Deep expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and API Gateway frameworks.- Strong understanding of banking integrations, payments, customer onboarding, KYC, and transaction processing systems.- Experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching solutions (Redis, Hazelcast).- Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.- Knowledge of security standards – OAuth2, JWT, encryption, PCI-DSS, and data masking.- Leadership & Communication:- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams across distributed environments.- Excellent communication skills to interact with business, product, and senior technology stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex banking landscapes.
