This role offers exposure across Routing, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN, providing the chance to work at the forefront of modern network infrastructure.If you're passionate about troubleshooting, enjoy problem-solving, and want to sharpen your skills in next-generation network infrastructure, this is the perfect environment to progress your career.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality network support to enterprise customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments- Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, ensuring continuous improvement- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content- Collaborate with peers to refine internal processes and drive technical excellence across the teamDesirable Certifications:- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless certificationsRequired Skills & Experience:- Excellent English communication skills.
