This role offers exposure across Routing, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN, providing the chance to work at the forefront of modern network infrastructure.If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, enjoy problem-solving, and want to sharpen your skills in next-generation network infrastructure, this is the perfect environment to progress your career.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality network support to enterprise customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectivelyTroubleshoot and diagnose complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environmentsWork closely with engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, ensuring continuous improvementCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base contentCollaborate with peers to refine internal processes and drive technical excellence across the teamDesirable Certifications:Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless certificationsRequired Skills & Experience:Excellent English communication skills.
