Health and Safety ProfessionalJob Description:We are seeking a Health and Safety professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and audits, and maintaining accurate records.The role involves promoting awareness of safe work practices and emergency procedures among employees and contractors, as well as conducting refresher training sessions.You will investigate accidents and incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain incident reports.Maintain ISO documentation, prepare monthly HS performance reports, and support internal and external audits.Key Skills and Qualifications:A strong understanding of ISO 45001 and relevant safety legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in MS Office and HS reporting tools.Benefits:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in health and safety function.Certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (preferred)
