Lead Quality Assurance StrategistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Assurance Strategist to develop and execute quality assurance strategies, oversee testing processes, and lead a distributed QA team.Key Responsibilities:Define quality assurance strategies, create test plans, and ensure seamless delivery with cross-functional teams.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to track and report quality metrics.Manage offshore QA members, including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.Scope of Testing:Web applications for desktop and mobile browsersNative Android and iOS applicationsBrowser extensionsBackend APIs and batch processing systemsRequirements:3+ years of experience in test design and execution for web or mobile applicationsKnowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation LevelPrevious experience as a team leader or similar roleExperience working with offshore teams or external vendorsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with e-commerce platformsExperience in API testingKnowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and CI/CD environmentsExposure to performance and security testingProficiency with tools like JIRA and ConfluencePersonal Attributes:Proactive problem solver who drives improvements and engages stakeholdersAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-changing environmentStrong communicator with a collaborative mindsetComfortable taking on new challenges and improving processesTeam-oriented and results-drivenLanguage Requirements:English: Business level
