Job Title: Learning Program Operations ManagerThe ideal candidate will oversee the operational readiness and delivery of online learning programs. This involves managing a team of LMS Coordinators, ensuring timely course setup and maintenance, and driving process excellence.Manage course readiness lifecycle, ensuring on-time setup of courses and modules.Ensure alignment to defined SOPs and quality benchmarks.Review course configurations such as announcements, sections, and resources.Manage course end activities, including closure reports and completion analysis.Lead and mentor a team of LMS Coordinators to drive accountability, efficiency, and quality.Monitor workload distribution, performance metrics, and deliverables.Support skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.Work closely with Program Delivery, Product, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure smooth program launches.Liaise with Global Partner Teams to coordinate blended course requirements.Serve as the point of escalation for LMS-related challenges.Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.Track and analyze course readiness metrics and learner engagement trends.Collaborate with data and reporting teams to automate recurring tasks.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on LMS-related matters.Ensure adherence to academic and operational standards.Support audits, documentation updates, and change management initiatives.About Us:We are committed to teaching skills of the future by making high-quality education accessible and affordable.
