Machine Learning Engineer PositionOur organization seeks a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and enhancement of our open-source observability platform.The ideal candidate will be responsible for incorporating AI-driven capabilities that deliver critical insights across diverse enterprise environments.They must collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SREs, service owners, and observability subject matter experts, to ensure scalable and reliable ML model deployment.Key responsibilities also include developing and maintaining advanced AI/ML features within an open-source Observability Platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.The selected individual will oversee data pipelines using Databricks and related tools, while adhering to CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Requirements:A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models/Machine Learning Platforms, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.We value innovative thinkers who can elevate our Observability Platform.
