Job Title: Mathematician Designer- InteractiveAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Mathematician to join our team as a Senior Math Designer- Interactive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing math and design concepts for various genres of games.Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and operating game mathematics, including slots, tables, and other styles of games. You will also be responsible for researching and creating intellectual property, evaluating competitive games, providing feedback, contributing to developing the game roadmap, solving problems independently, and assisting team members as needed.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve desired game play and compile and evaluate new game play metrics. Additionally, you will create mathematical game concepts based on game design requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality games.To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years' experience in the Gaming industry, a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical/Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent, and a proven track record of extensive math usage on the job. You should also have experience delivering games in land or online, excellent knowledge of probabilistic and statistical methods, and strong written and verbal communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and operate game mathematics for various genres of gamesResearch and create intellectual propertyEvaluate competitive games and provide feedbackContribute to developing the game roadmapSolve problems independently and assist team members as neededRequirements3+ years' experience in the Gaming industryBachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical/Computer Science & Engineering or equivalentProven track record of extensive math usage on the jobExperience delivering games in land or onlineExcellent knowledge of probabilistic and statistical methodsStrong written and verbal communication skills
