Job Description:Company Profile: Its state of the art Manufacturing plant in Supa (Ahmednagar) near India's automotive hub Pune, manufactures Li-ion battery packs for multiple applications including EV's (2W/3W), Solar Energy Harvesting, Telecom Towers, Energy Storage, and moreRole: Team Leader (Individual Contributor to begin with) – Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Design & DevelopmentExperience & CTC: 4 to 6-year experience. CTC 6 to 8 Lakh PAEducational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech / ME/MTechLocation: Supa-MIDC, PuneReporting to: Fixed line to R&D HeadKey Responsibilities:Battery Management System developmentArchitect and design battery Pack for EV application, Solar application, Energy Storage application.Should be able to understand BMS functional able to decide BMS ParametersFMEA for BMS hardware and software, including critical safety featuresKnowledge of various chemicals used in battery packSimulation and modeling of system functionsFailure reactions and Failure reporting conceptsCell Characterization and performance tuningFunctional Expertise:Design and development of battery management systemExposure to NMC and/or LFP Cell Chemistry based on Li-Ion Battery PacksRequirements analysis and developmentControl development using design softwareBattery systems control and charge/discharge operationsInternational standards of lithium-ion cell and packDifferent market segments for Lithium-Ion batteryPreferred Traits:Excited to be a part of a dynamic startup/greenfield project and contribute effectivelyWork under minimum supervisionDesire to contribute and be part of the growth storyif you are interested kindly send your updated resume to
