Exide Energy designs, develops, and manufactures Lithium Ion Cells and Battery Pack solutions for various energy storage. Exide Energy is a leading player in the market with OEM customers across key market applications – 2W, 3W, 4W, CV and industrial applications. Exide is also deeply invested in further developing li-ion technology with significant R&D investments including setup of in-house team as well as necessary lab infrastructure to support development activities.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lithium-ion battery packs and cells in the region.2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the lithium-ion industry.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements.5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.6. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay ahead in the industry.7. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.Requirements:1. Minimum of 10Yrs of relevant sales experience in handling customers in the lithium cell & battery field, Automotive OEMs, Energy Storage Systems (Both BESS & RESS).2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.5. Ability to travel within the region as required.6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Qualifications:Experience managing sales teamsExperience generate and maintaining relationships with sales headsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
