NOTE- ONLY AHMEDABAD/ GANDHINAGAR candidates can apply
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive having minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and responsible for performing accounting activities and preparing financial statements in accordance with company policies and guidelines and international accounting standards. Candidate having prior 1-5 years experience in UAE is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end closings and audit preparations.
Compile and analyse accounting information to prepare entries to account and document business transactions including disbursement orders, payment orders, petty cash, cash deposits, and transfers.
Implement accounting control procedures to ensure financial information is reliable and updated.
Prepare and process invoices and payment documents.
Prepare revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Prepare transfers, cash payments, etc. to facilitate the payment process for administrative expenses.
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements accurately and submit it to the Finance Manager for review.
Reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts (i.e., deductions, other expenses) and analyse payroll expenses for variances.
Update & log in all financial data into the accounting system accurately to ensure that data is accessible & reliable.
Maintain an integrated copy of the accounting reports appropriately as an alternative of the automated records.
Support VAT and corporate tax submissions and compliance.
Carry out monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure that all accounting records are accurate.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
