Role DescriptionThis role requires independent testers working through the lifecycle of quality assurance testing and contributing towards accelerating delivery and drive quality across the application usage lifecycle.
Job Title:
Quality Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Experience:
Min experience of 4+ years working in the IT field leading manual and automation testing.
Key responsibilitiesClose collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholdersDevelop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.Create tests to identify software problemsAnalyze bugs and errors found during testsDocument results of tests for the software development teamRecommend improvements in software to enhance user experienceMotivate the development process for efficiency and performanceWorks together with the software development to enhance and improve quality of the software.Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications and expertise:- B-Tech, B.E, MCA- Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.Good debugging skills and trouble-shooting.Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern or SeleniumExperience in CI/CD, agile methodologies and cloud services (AWS preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Hands on experience with shell scriptingExperience in system functional and performance testing.Experience in version controls system (git, svn) and bug tracking tools (bugzilla, jira)
