About Micoworks
"MicoCloud" is a communication platform that enables personalization of the customer experience. Based on customer data, messages that match the interests of each individual are delivered via official LINE accounts to realize an all-in-one service experience, from attracting customers to converting them into fans. By delivering information that customers want to know at the most appropriate time, it helps companies increase sales, improve the repeat rate, and increase LTV. Product details: are looking for members to lead the front-end area to continue to accelerate business growth/product growth. With the development of new products in addition to the existing product "MicoCloud" in progress, we need front-end members for each development team. You will be responsible for driving the front-end development of the product you are in charge of while communicating with the PdMs and designers on the team. We are looking for you to help design/implement front-end architecture that takes into account future functionality enhancements, realize highly usable UI/UX, and maintain design guidelines. We have a lot of things we want to work on in the future, so this is a phase where you can be involved in a variety of things with discretion.
We are looking for someone who can lead a team and be involved in the development of "MicoCloud". We would like you to lead the development practice and contribute to the success/growth of the product. We are also looking for someone who can work with us to create an environment in which engineers can maximize their activities, such as building a development organization team and, depending on your interests, constructing a hiring and training structure.
Requirements
-Experience in front-end development of web applications (10+ years) -Experience as a lead engineer or leading a team

■Technical skills The technology stack varies depending on the product you will be working on.
- MicoCloud Web backend: TypeScript (Nest.js), some Java (Spring Boot), React JS Web front end: TypeScript (Next.js), Chakra UI Database: TiDB, Aurora MySQL, DynamoDB, MemoryDB for Redis
- Common infrastructure Infrastructure: AWS (Cognito, EC2, ECS, Route53, Lambda, Kinesis Data Stream, Kinesis Firehose, SQS, SES, Elasticache, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, Audit, APIGateway CodeDeploy), IaC (Terraform, AWS CDK) Middleware: Nginx, Supervisor Monitoring: NewRelic, Sentry, AWS (CloudWatch) Data analysis: BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Metabase, Trocco Environment construction: Docker CI: GitHub Actions, Amplify Hosting CDN: Cloud Front Source code management: GitHub Communication: Google Meet, Slack, Notion, Redmine, Jira, ClickUpy
